How should I store my Northern Monk beers?
To maintain the freshest flavor profile, we recommend storing all our beers upright in a cool, dark place, ideally a refrigerator. This is especially important for our heavily hopped IPAs.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping is free on all orders over £50. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of £5.99 applies.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring our monk-made brews to international fans in the near future.
What is your policy on damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products for a full replacement or refund.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
The vast majority of our core range and seasonal releases are vegan-friendly. Any beers containing lactose or honey will be clearly labeled in the ingredients list on the product page and the can.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our brewery, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link to follow your parcel's journey.
